Powder Blending

With over 20 years experience in powder and granule blending, we have the expertise and knowledge to manufacture a wide range of specialist building products and filler blends. We also have the capability to coat powders and granules with technical and decorative coatings.

Screening

Our onsite facilities include 3 screening plants that enable us to process to virtually any specification, from topping and tailing, de- dusting through to very tight specification screening.

Drying

Controlling the moisture content is a very important aspect of supplying into our key markets. The drying plant in Sutton Bridge has the capability to dry any granular product from 0.1mm up to 20mm, with the capacity to dry over 25 tonnes of material per shift.

Process Packaging

5 different packing stations all set for various pack sizes and types ranging from valve sacks, heat sealed poly bags, tins, tubs etc. are used. This can be set up with one of the blending plants to produce own label products quickly and efficiently.

Delivery Services

Recognising the importance of meeting delivery schedules, we offer a wide range of options, from overnight pallet deliveries to any mainland UK address, through to bulk tanker deliveries direct to your silos in our company owned tankers.

Material Blending

We have an extensive range of blenders for producing products for different applications as follows:

Resin Flooring - Hand and Power Trowel quartz screeds, Self Levelling systems, Decorative Marble and Granite Terrazzo systems, Pigmented Quartz coloured screeds, PVA Flake Designs, Heavy Duty Polyurethane screeds and Stone Carpet Systems.
Cementitious Systems - Including Screeds, Self Levelling Screeds and Grouts.
Pigments - Powder Pigment blending and Powder Pigment Dispersions for powder or liquid systems.

Packaging

Our expanded packing and labelling operation means that we now have facilities to meet our customers demands in respect of branded, own label, bespoke, custom and unmarked packaging. We can offer a variety of solutions including:

Poly Valve Sacks and Bags.
Open Topped Bags for heat sealing or stitching.
Moisture Resistant Paper Bags.
Custom poly bags including low Melt and Water Soluble options.

General Coating Services

Colour Matching Service

Boud Marketing limited can provide a full colour matching facility to customer requirements including matching to specific aggregates as well as RAL/BS numbers. All colour matches are visual, using industry standard D65 daylight tubes in a calibrated light box.This gives the closet possible representation of the colour in natural daylight.

We are able to pigment a wide range of granular products, including Quartz, Bauxite and Flint in a variety of different grades. The process uses pigment dispersions in a polyurethane coating system.
The final coated aggregate can be incorporated into PU, Epoxy and Acrylic systems used in construction and decorative applications to suit customer needs.

Technical Coatings

Boud Marketing Ltd have extensive experience of providing Silane coated products for applications that require improved thermal stability, chemical and abrasion resistance as well as improved adhesion promotion and increased tensile strength.

As an ongoing development, Boud Marketing Ltd are looking to combine the pigmenting procedure with the Silane glass coating, in order to offer a wide choice of coloured products that incorporate all the properties offered by the current Silane coated materials. A further extension of the clear coat products we have is the development of conductive multi layer coatings, once again incorporatng a conductive clear coat over a pre-pigmented quartz product.

A wide range of coatings can be applied to granular and powder products to eliminate dust or to act as a primer coat.
